RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Since all our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the event that your items are defective or damaged.
- Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective or missing. We will accept claims up to 14 days after your delivery date.
- Get in touch with us through the contact page and we'll get back to you ASAP. We are a small team so it may take us a day or two to respond but we'll do our best to help resolve your issue.
