SHIPPING & PROCESSING

• Each of our items is made-to-order, so please allow a few additional days for production. Specific timelines are listed on the product page.
• You‘ll receive an email with the order confirmation & tracking info once your order has been shipped. 
  
• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate, up-to-date shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an inaccurate address.
• Please note that although most orders will be sent in one shipment, some may arrive in multiple shipments. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

• At this time we currently ship to the US, Japan, and Korea.
• If you would like for us to ship to your country, please use our contact form and let us know what other countries you would like international shipment to extend to. We will do our best to provide service for our international customers.
